The Health, Safety & Environment Publications app from CITB continues to offer user-friendly access to a growing number of publications. Ensure you never miss an update – the software will update your content for the duration of your subscription, checking for changes each time you access the content when connected to the Internet.

FAQs

To purchase content for the CITB HS&E Publications reader please visit shop.citb.co.uk and follow the links to “Publications”. Look out for the “Download” versions available.

Simply download the app or application and login with your email and account password that you set up during the purchase. You will then be shown all the publications that you have purchased and that are available via the reader. Please download the content that you have access to. This requires a good Internet connection. Once the content is downloaded to your device, you will be able to view the content offline. Please connect to the Internet occasionally when using the reader so that you ensure always to have the most up-to-date version on your device and to check whether any subscriptions have been extended.
A subscription normally lasts 12 months from the time you activated your subscription. During this time you will automatically receive content updates for your subscriptions when you connect to the Internet when using the reader.

Should you hit a problem, first try closing the reader and then re-open it. Follow the instructions relevant for your type of device (iOS, Android, MacOS, Windows based) to close the reader. Once the reader is closed just start it in the usual way.
